  • MakeWay focuses on asynchronous (non-real-time) communication. Real emergencies are rare. If things are urgent, a phone call works better. A good client portal helps clients find what they need on their own, so they only have to contact you when something is actually time-sensitive.
  • Our product development philosophy: ship fast without breaking anything, build what users need, user experience matters, simple is better than complex. We won't always live up to our own standards, but we will strive to get there.
  • We are small and for-profit. We have no outside investors or venture capital, so we don't need to grow at all costs and close shop if we don't reach growth goals. We want to grow in a controlled fashion by making our customers happy.
