About Me (James M. Lois)
Hello, I am James M. Lois. I am a designer and software engineer. I am building MakeWay to radically improve flows of communication between companies and clients.
For many companies, client communications are a complete mess. Information is scattered among text messages, calls, in-person meetings, and emails, so it's impossible to keep track of what's going on. Clients get confused and frustrated, and professionals get burnt out from trying to keep up. I set out to create an application that could fix this.
